Adjustment For Sensitivity:

1. Adjust installing position: after connecting power, necessary to adjust the light spot in the clearest and most bright position.
The sensitivity is related to the surface of target object, such as: the reflecting ability of surface or the color comparison of the detect object and backgroun color.
For mirror surface of target object , the color mark sensor is insensitive, to detect it ned to adjust the positon of sensor and the angle of target surface.

2. Adusting method of GDJ-511/411/211:
* Turn the adjust button clockwise to make the green LED on and turn counter-clockwise to make the red LED on.
* Let the light spot in the dark color position, turn the botton clockwise till the green LED just off, remeber and remark the position A.
* Let the light spot in the light color(background color) position, turn the botton counter-clockwise till the red, remeber and remark the position B.
* At last, to let the button placed in the middle of position A and B.

3. Adusting method of GDJ-311:
* The first step is to define Dark-ON output and Light-ON output.
* Dark-ON output: turn the output mode switch to Dark-ON position, make the light spot in position of dark color and turn the sensitivity button clockwise
Till the output LED on, remeber and remark the position A; Then make the light spot in position of light color and turn the sensitivity button clockwise till
The output LED on, remeber and remark the position B; At last, to let the button placed in the middle of position A and B.
* Light-ON output: turn the output mode switch to Light-ON position, make the light spot in position of light color and turn the sensitivity button counter-clockwise
Till the output LED on, remeber and remark the position A; Then make the light spot in position of dark color and turn the sensitivity button counter
Clockwise till the output LED on, remeber and remark the position B; At last, to let the button placed in the middle of position A and B..
Remark: for multiple turns of color sensor, not only to remember and remark the postion, but also to remember the number of turns adjusted.
